The clubhouse offers a bar for gatherings, large flat screen, comfortable reading chairs, tables. The pergola covered  porch offers stainless steel barbeque grills. The hot tub is large and kept to the perfect temperatures, and the walk-in pool is always heated. Electronic (key fob) controlled access to the building entrances and to garage parking for secure privacy.
